Fakturaarkiv - Marker Betalt : I fakturaarkivet kan kunder nu manuelt sætte faktura til værende betalt via højrekilksmenuen, selvom de har en integration til finanssystemet, hvor det kører automatisk. I kolonnen "Betalt", er der nu 3 stadier for checkboxene: 1. Tom hvid checkbox dvs. "Ikke betalt", kan manuelt sættes til betalt. 2. Hvid checkbox med flueben - manuelt sat til betalt, kan manuelt sættes til ikke betalt 3. Grå checkbox med flueben: betyder: sat af finansystem eller sat af programmet ved udligning. Holder man musen over en checkbox med flueben, kommer der et tooltip om hvem der har sat faktura til betalt(initialer eller 'Finanssystem') og dato for hvornår. Bemærk at hvis faktura er sat til betalt af programmet ved en udligning, siger tooltippet blot 'Ja'. Menupunktet for ændring af betalingsstatus, findes i bunden af højrekliksmenuen. Medarbejder lukning/oprydning: Måske har I oplevet i forbindelse med lukning af en delsag, at en fratrådt medarbejders ikke afleverede timer har stået i vejen for at delsagen kunne lukkes. Tidligere har man så skullet genåbne medarbejderens timeseddel finde timerne og slette dem for at kunne lukke delsagen. Det er nu blevet nemmere at rydde op på bagkanten af at en medarbejder er fratrådt eller lukket. I Basis -> Organisation -> Medarbejdere har vi introduceret en ny funktion til at identificere medarbejdere, der ikke er lukket eller fratrådt korrekt, med det resultat at der er uafsluttede forhold som kan ”støje” på den ene eller den anden måde i oversigter og rapporter eller lignende. I Basis i medarbejderlisten vil der være en rød markør ud for de medarbejdere, hvor der er ”løse ender” det kan være ferie/afspadseringssaldi der ikke er nulstillet, fraværsplaner der ikke er slettet, timer der ikke er afleveret. Der undersøges også om lukkede eller fratrådte medarbejdere stadig står som projektleder på åbne sager eller delsager og om de stadig findes i valglister hvor de f.eks. kan indvælges som projektleder på nye sager. Over medarbejderlisten findes en knap ”Oprydning (xx)” med antallet af medarbejdere, hvor der kan være noget der skal ryddes op i og som kan være kilde til besvær med at danne retvisende oversigter. Knappen åbner en oversigt med medarbejderne og det er her man vil kunne udføre nogle af de ”oprydningsopgaver” det vil være hensigtsmæssige at få gjort. Der hvor det ikke er muligt at ”rydde op” direkte, vil man kunne se hvad der feks. mangler at blive nulstillet i ferie-/afspadseringsregnskabet, og via Administration -> Ferie/afspadsering kan man i kladderne nulstille de saldi der mangler nulstilling. For fratrådte medarbejdere vil det være muligt at nulstille puljerne ved at bruge nulstillingsfunktionen, der nu er indbygget i medarbejderoprydning. | Basic | Feature |

Honorardisponering gemte visninger: Honorardisponering har fået et nyt menupunkt til Visninger. Menuen over listen, der hedder ”Vis” giver nu mulighed for at vælge ”Kolonner” – det giver adgang til den tidligere Vis menu, hvor kolonner vælges til og fra i forhold til om de ønskes vist i Honorardisponering. Det andet menupunkt ”Visninger” er nyt og det giver mulighed for at gemme og hente forskellige opsætninger af Honorardisponering. Det der kan gemmes som en visning er valg af kolonner der er vist, filtreringsvalg, sorteringen, om summeringen i bunden af oversigten er vist eller ej og hvordan beløb vises, altså om beløb vises i hele tusinder eller som det præcise beløb. Visninger oprettes med et navn/beskrivelse og der er mulighed for at angive en visning som standard, så den vil være den foretrukne indgangsvisning. Visninger oprettes med en ejer, som er den der har oprettet visningen, og det er kun ejeren der kan ændre opsætningen. Visninger kan nemlig deles mellem brugere. Det betyder at I kan vælge en Visning som anbefalet til projektlederne, en til sagsadministratorerne, teamlederne eller afdelingslederne og økonomiafdelingen kan have sin foretrukne visningsindstilling. Listen med visninger vil altid være filtreret til brugerens egne visninger. Ved at ophæve filtreringen på Ejer får man adgang til andre Ejers visninger. Formålet med at introducere Visninger er at kunne have forskellige favorit indstillinger, som det er nemt at skifte imellem uden at skulle filtrere og sortere og huske hver gang, hvordan var det nu opsætningen skulle være. Behovet for at kunne gemme visninger er især blevet aktuelt i forbindelse med at Honorardisponering bruges fx af en projectcontroller til at gennemgå delsagerne med projektlederne eller CFO’en bruger at eksportere Honoradisponering til brug i månedsrapporteringen, hvor det er bestemte kolonner der skal med hver gang og et andet sæt kolonner er relevant i det daglige arbejde. Honorardisponering eksport til excel: Når man eksporterer fra Honorardisponering, bliver udråbstegnet ('!') i advarselskolonnerne nu eksporteret indeholdende det beløb, der giver anledning til udråbstegnet. Det kan fx være det beløb som ”Afsat til underrådgiver” er overskredet med eller det beløb ”Honorar tilbage til eget arbejde” er overskredet med. Honorardisponering to nye kolonner: I Honorardisponering er der kommet to nye kolonner: F% og Faktureringsdifference. F% viser færdiggørelsesprocenten for delsagen beregnet som forholdet mellem den forbrugte kostpris og den totale kostpris for timeforbruget på delsagen. F% vil således angive den forbrugte timekostpris’ procentuelle andel af delsagens samlede kostpris, som består af forbrugte timers kostpris plus planlagte timers kostpris. Faktureringsdifference er beregnet som forskellen mellem salgsprisværdien af timerne, der er registreret på delsagen og det fakturerede beløb hvad angår eget honorar. Hvis faktureringsdifferencen er et negativt beløb, så er vi forud med at fakturere kunden, hvis beløbet er positivt, så er vi bagud. Både F% og Faktureringsdifference findes allerede i rapporten ”Forventede SF”, hvor overskrifterne i rapporten er henholdsvis F% og Diff. Beregningen bag og tallene vil være de samme i kolonnerne i Honorardisponering og i rapporten. Ved at have kolonnerne F% og Faktureringsdifference direkte i Honorardisponering er det muligt at filtrere og sortere og dermed bruge tallene i forbindelse med opfølgning på delsagernes økonomi og stade. Fakturering: Forbedret sporing af fejl i forbindelse med dannelse af Pdf bilag af faktura og øvrige bilag til fakturaen. Planlægning af fravær for medarbejder: I Basis -> Organisation -> Medarbejdere har vi introduceret en ny funktion til planlægning af ferie eller andet fravær for medarbejderne istedet for at de selv gør det via manuel indtastning i timesedlen. Over medarbejderlisten er der en ny knap "Planlæg fravær", som åbner en formular til planlægning af fravær for den valgte medarbejder. Der kan planlægges fravær for alle typer fravær, hvor det giver mening og forudsat der er oprettet en sag, som er fikseret som fravær til det. Medarbejderen skal være bemandet på fraværsaktiviteten for at der kan planlægges fravær. Ved at bruge datovælgeren vælges perioden fraværet skal planlægges i. Når datointervallet er valgt, vil højre side af skærmen vise en liste over timer medarbejderen har forudindtastet i sin timeseddel. Det kan være fx møder/arbejde/ferie som medarbejderen selv har planlagt. Disse forudindtastede timer bliver slettet og erstattet med det fravær, der indsættes ved planlægning af fravær via Basis. Der oprettes fravær på alle dage svarende til medarbejderens normtid under hensyntagen til helligdage. Hvis medarbejderen er timelønnet, oprettes der fravær på "0" timer på alle hverdage, så man i fraværsplanen stadig kan se at medarbejderen er til rådighed. Planlægning af fravær for flere medarbejdere: Hvis man skal planlægge sommerferie, studietur, jubilæum eller andet fravær for flere medarbejdere, kan man gøre det nemt ved at fastholde perioden og navigere gennem medarbejderlisten med pil-tasterne og blot trykke på "Indsæt fravær". | Basic | Feature |
