We would like to welcome our two newest UK clients: Guarda Landscape and NestaDot Ltd. The two practices have recently acquired AutoPilot as their new project management system.
The practices initially encountered AutoPilot at the Livable City conference at the Danish embassy in London, back in June, 2019. The embassy presentation spiked interest, and after another more personalized presentation at a cosy café, they decided that AutoPilot was the right choice for them.
NestaDot Ltd is a consulting practice, specialising in structural engineering, such as high performance buildings, residential and commercial developments, and inspections. Whereas Guarda Landscape is a landscape architectural practice, specialising in residential, therapeutic and educational landscapes.
Both practices are fairly new, and need a system that can maintain their project management, invoices and timesheet submission. And this is exactly where AutoPilot can create value for both practices.
One of the aspects that sets AutoPilot aside from other systems in the industry, is our thorough implementation process. We aim to implement the system into the practice’s existing business procedures, thereby causing the least abruption and ensuring the best outcome. The implementation at Guarda Landscape and NestaDot Ltd therefore called for a number of meetings via Skype, and most recently, a Kick-Off Day at Guarda Landscape’s beautiful practice in Bures, England.
Two of our experienced consultants – Lene and Signe – made the journey to teach the practices the necessities of AutoPilot, for the system to be a success. They spent two wonderful days at Guarda Landscape’s beautiful and tranquil practice in the town of Bures, just a few hours outside of London. This included an introduction to the timesheet, and a Project Management Workshop for the project leaders. The days were filled with discussions and practical hands-on exercises to best prepare for AutoPilot.
We are extremely excited for the practices to start their AutoPilot journey and look forward to a great collaboration.
